Classic with spicy cream drizzle & nut garnish

Second Course

Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken

A center of melted Swiss and wrapped in crispy prosciutto topped in a light lingonberry cream sauce; whipped potatoes and asparagus

Barramundi (Asian Sea Bass)

Whipped Sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables and a lemon butter sauce

9 oz Bone-In Pork Chop

Grilled and served with apple chutney, mashed Sweet potatoes and mixed vegetables

6 oz Gorgonzola Filet Mignon

Grass fed, with gorgonzola sauce, scalloped potatoes and asparagus
